This is a small witch hat, themed in horror, and is now available for you. I created this entirely from scratch, including the textures. It is rigged, and at the end of the chain, there is a small glass where you can place something, such as a ghost, fireflies, or anything else you want :3
The Clothing can be Applied in Unity with the VRCFury Armature Link or in Blender
